How do you know if my carpet burn is deep enough to leave a scar?

how do i know if its deep enough to leave a scar?

i'm using neosporin at the moment i got it last night pretty close to my eye .some of its already dark brown is that good?

once I got a rugburned azz, and it left a HUGE scar all over my azz!!!

Rugburn?  You should be fine.  I've had it before, very, very badly, and didn't use anything on top... Feel better soon, but I wouldn't worry too much!

Permanent scars have to get to the dermis and epidermis.  Your face has very delicate skin.  Fortunately rug burns (abrasions) generally do not leave permanent scars.  Thank goodness.  Could you imaging a population of g*y men and loose women with capet burns on their cheaks and knees?
