One way, clicking on their avatar in Y/A, which will take you to their Y/A profile. They may have a link to their 360 space there.

Otherwise, if this contact is also in your Yahoo! Messenger buddy list, then there may be a gold star next that appears to the left of their name when they update their 360 space.

Lastly, either ask them or TRY searching for them (with a Yahoo ID preferred...if they have a IM link displayed, that will reveal that ID) on the Y!360 Search page (the link at the top of your 360) or http://360.yahoo.com/search.html
