  1. THEY MUST POST THERE GRADE FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN A VISABLE AREA AND IT SHOWS WHAT THEY LOST POINTS FOR.

  2. check with health dept;  take a peek in the kitchen;  not all states/places have the posting of inspection rule.....so that doesn't always help.  Most counties list health inspections in paper, and you can go to county/city health dept wensite and access reports also.....keep in mind a violation can be for something other than kitchen....no place is perfect...

  3. Here is Cali they have grades up in the windows. Below a B, I walk on!

  4. If you are really worried about it, ask the staff if you can have a tour of the kitchen.

  5. Take a peek around the back. I work next door to a restaurant, needless to say I eat at home now.

  6. every restaurant must past a health inspection and each are required to post their score in plain view of their customers; if you can't find where it is be sure to ask the manager. He'll be able to direct you straight to it.

  7. Dress up like a worker or janitor, and walk into the kitchen. Trust me it works. I've tried it. Not really but I bet it does. ; )

  8. Work there. get hired just so you can investigate the area. then quit.

  9. watch the paper, they put ratings for restaurants in the paper after they have been inspected.

  10. Go inside the kitchen pretending you're looking for the exit to anywhere.
