How do you know if there's energy around you?

I mean like if someone you know passes and there coming back to protect you, how do you know if there around you?

Energy is always around as long as the sun exist.

Energy is the ability to do work.  It's not some mysterious force that wanders around, and ghosts aren't made of it (ghosts aren't made of anything, so by definition they don't exist.)

Energy is always around you, since the molecules you and everything else are made of are in constant motion even if they look still to you.  A true no energy condition would be absolute zero, which isn't possible in practice.

you have 5 senses,and a concioussness,you have perception..it is through your eyes ears nose ,mouth or is it realy through your brain...what is around you outside of the normal realms of perception may or may not be...it doesnt mean its not there its just you need a recepter to percieve it..contact Ghost Busters they may have what you need.
