if u mean like in your hair they aren't so small just try to feel for them if you mean like in your skull you probably should see a doctor

Sometimes you don't until it is too late. One woman died and maggots were discovered to have been eating her scalp. She had a beehive hairdo and never washed her hair toroughly.

Usually you  would be too dead to know it...so in advance know that maggots feed on decaying flesh....ok? Done be scared about this....maybe you just have lice....(kidding!)
