How do you know if u have a parasite lurking inside of you?

i just want to know what the symptoms are because i eat a lot sometimes to gain weight, but my weight doesn't go up. i'm just worried that it might be some kind of parasite. i don't have any stomachache either.

You probably just have a high metobolic rate, it's nothing to worry about.
