How do you know if you had chicken pox?

I have never had chicken pox,

and i'm growing up soon,

aha,

I heard that I will die if I get them when i'm older....

really?

You probably had the vaccination, or your just lucky.

Either way when you reach your phsycal prime which is like.... I want to say 19 then your imune system is at its strongest... Plus or minus and your more likely to get something...

But what the h**l do I know? If your really concerned there must be some website... oh yeah "Web MD" try that =]

not true the older you are the sicker u get usually but some people don't get them at all if you do get them seek medical attention right away dont hide it ......i hope this helps

There is a blood test to check if you have ever been infected.  Chicken pox can be more serious if you get it as an adult.  Fortunately, there is a vaccine.  Ask your doctor.
