  1. ur mood goes up and down

  2. I agree with what someone else has said, trying to self diagnose is very unhelpful as you'll get yourself stressed out, possibly over nothing but even worse if you are not diagnosed by a professional you will not have access to therapies and medications that can help you if you do have bi polar or another mental health problem.

However a reliable website that desribes bi-polar disorder is mind http://www.mind.org.uk/Information/Bookl...

Bi polar disorder is characterised by alternating periods of depression and mania, depressive periods tend to last longer.

Hope everything works out for you.

  3. Self diagnosis is never the way to go.  You should always visit your doctor and be properly evaluated.  Here's a couple of links you may find useful:

  4. I have Bipolar disorder.  You don't really know until you see the doctor and they say you have it.  I can tell you how they found out that I have bipolar.  I have a manic stage where I can stay up for days and feel like no onw can hurt or touch me.  Then you have days where it's hard to get out of bed because your so depressed.  The manic or the depression side can last minutes, hours, or days.  If you are Bipolar then you need to be on meds.  I hope this helps.

  5. it's not that easy. Even if you weren't you'd probably convince yourself you are after reading about the disorder. Talk to a doctor if you think you may have a problem.

  6. You go see your doctor or psychologist, they are the only ones that can diagnose you.
