How do you know if you have caught worms from your kitten? ?

I am waiting on test results but in the meantime, I'm wondering if there are symptoms for worms? Are the symptoms for the different parasitic worms the same or similar? Are they different? I found some information on the internet but it was not helpful.

The only worms I know that you could get from an animal is pin worms. You would see them in your f***s and have an extremely itchy bottom.

Actually, pinworms are a human only parasite. Cats and dogs don't get Pinworms. Cats and dogs carry several common types of worms, Hookworms, Roundworms, Tapeworms, and Whipworms.

Hookworms can be transmitted to humans, by not washing up after handling an infected pet.

I do not think you can get worms from your kitten most worms cats get are not human compatible. you could have pin worms that is a common human worm. but get your kitten de-wormed right away it will get very sick if you dont
