How do you know if you have real feelings for someone?

there is somone i like very much for a reason i dont know other than when ever there around i get all fluttery and cant talk are hardly breath i just dont know what to think.

when you have feelings you get what you just described and you cant stop thinking about them and they mean more to you than anyone else

until you get to know someone better you can't be sure but the way you describe it you barley even talk to them so it is probably a crush or puppy love. i went through the same thing in high school over girls i never even talked to.

How long have you known this person?

If you have known them for less than 6 months then this feeling is nothing more than mere infatuation. It will wear off soon. And after 6 months if it hasn't worn off no matter how much more you have learned about the person need it be good or bad (Unconditional)...then these feelings True!

That's a pretty clear indication that you've got feelings for the person! lol. Is one of those questions where the usual answer is "You just know" .. My own personal 'flag' is when I find myself thinking about them when they're not around.  Hormones, or simple animal magnatism count as feelings I guess, but theyr'e not in effect when the person's absent.  THAT'S a good clue that there's more to them that you find appealing than just physical beauty.

   What are your thoughts about them like? Meaning: Do you just fantasize about.. Ya know where I'm going. Kissing, s*x etc. Or do you find yourself wondering about minutia surrounding THEM.. For instance, "I wonder what she'd say about THIS." or "I wish I could show her this place! She'd love it here" It's tough to quantify, but the difference is that one is centered around the pleasure you'd get from her (in whichever sense you imagine) and the other is about knowing and loving the person. Call it the pleasure/richness you can bring TO her, instead of getting from/with her. (if that makes any sense. LoL)
