How do you know if you made a good poffin in pokemon diamond and pearl

Question

Everytime I finish making a poffin it says stuff like lvl 13 and i was wondering if it was a good thing or a bad thing.I heard that the lower the lvl is the better the poffin is.Is it true and can someone explain how good poffins are?

Um.. although i'm not sure, but it says that you need to stir the poffin as fast as you can and the faster you spin, the higher the lvl would be so I think that the lower thing is for pokeblocks. Um, if you're trying to raise a category, here the flavors -

Bitter | Smart -  Rawst, | Aguav, | Lum  berries

Spicy | Cool -  Cheri | Figy | Leppa  berries

Sweet | Cute - Pecha | Mago | Persim | Bluk berries

Dry | Beauty - Chesto | Wiki | Oran | Razz berries

yes the higher the poffin the better the increase and to get a good poffin, you need to get it on a certain spot for me i used a nanab berry and stired it in the middle cuz the tag said it had a spicy flavor in the middle and i did and i got a spicy and spicy-dry poffins!

it depends on actually for a wiki berry (dry) example lvl15 is real good but for a micle berry (dry) about lvl 30 is Super

to tell the truth it dosent matter what level the poffin is it matters what type and what pokemon you give it to .go to your pokemons stats and it will say what kind of poffin he likes ,and go to your poffin case and pick out that kind of poffin then give it to them and there contest stats will go up

It is true.  A hint about poffins: find out what your pokemon likes to eat sweet, sour, spicy etc.  and feed it to your pokemon and they will like you more.  Good luck with the game. x
