How do you know if your boyfriend/girlfriend wants to marry you?

They will start to show signs of making a commitment, talking about plans for the future, buying a house, asking questions whether you want kids things like that. :)

he/she will give you hints. you know your man/woman  than anybody else and you'll know it by the way he acts.

And if he's more passive, when you ask him, he'll say affirmative without much hesitation

usually they talk about it to see if both people are on the same page..

There are key hints that usually come up.

A girl will say:

-I want this kind of wedding one day.

-I want to go on honeymoon to ....... one day.

-When I get married I want ........ to be my bridesmaid.

-I like this kind of wedding band.

-I would love to get married here.

-I would love to get proposed to here.

A guy will say the same kind of things but from his point of view.

-I would like  ..... to be my best man one day.

-When I get married, I want a small wedding.

Or an easy hint for either party is to "casually' go by a jewelry store and suggest that they go in to look around and just happen to look at engagement rings. (Make sure the clerk doesn't say "Welcome back").

If weddings just happen to come up in conversation, it is a hint.
