  1. LOL If you don't then it isn't

  2. You'll know if you freeze to death.

  3. could be out of refridgerant you can take it to a place to get refilled or go to walmart in the automotive section and they sell a can of ac refill with a gauge on it all in one, cheaper to do this way, just hook it up, turn your car on and ac on, then start to fill it and watch the gauge till its in the green. if you can figure it out theres instructions on the can or you can have a friend do it.

  4. i have a 02 audi, and it's same a/c. i live in texas, and i  didn't think it was working either. turns out it's just a $hitty a/c.

  5. With the temperature on minimum & the fan on, the air blown into the car with A/C on should feel ICY cold within seconds - if not, then as above, chances are it just need regassing. Most garages will now do this while you wait for around £40.

  6. have you tried to close the heater

  7. If you have the temperature set for cold, and the A/C on, and there is no cold air, it's not working.

Let your mechanic look.  It could be something as simple as the wire came off the runs the electric clutch.

  8. Have you ever had it serviced? And I would guess it needs regassing - should be checked every twelve months.

  9. get it serviced it is cheap and will keep you cool this summer !!

  10. Look under the bonnet at the front in the area of the radiator, follow the tubes and hoses from the AC compressor. You should find a small sight glass; about 12mm round in a small block on the AC pipe work. When your AC is on you should see bubbling fluid passing through; if not you need a refill / recharge.
