  1. well i been through a h**l of alot through a very long age and depression and sadness is out me becuase i been through the worse-case-scenerio.I JUST LET GO AND I LIVE.

    i think people that need help are lying to themselves and are too much of punks to even help themselves.besides the people with very serious mental issues thats exeptional.


  2. Is it getting in the way of daily functioning?  For instance, do you have a hard time motivating yourself to do things or do you have trouble concentrating or remembering things? If that's the case you should defiantly get help because it's not going to get better on its own.  

    If it's just a mild case, you're feeling a little down on yourself, or worrying a little too much, it doesn't hurt to get some therapy to get the tools to start feeling better.
