My dog hit his head on the corner of our stone fire place. He ran into a wall while turning, but i think that might be because the hallway was very narrow. He bumps his head a bit (before he bumped his head on the fireplace). But when he bumped his head on the fireplace i'm not sure if he really bumped his head or the fireplace skimmed his head, but he skimmed the fireplace more than he bumped it. like maybe he hit the corner of his head. He fell down off the couch when he partially skimmed his head. By the way he's 6 months old.

  1. thats alot of falling and bumping . is it possible he has vision problems? another issue could be neurologic, how is his gait,( the way he walks) if he lists or leans to one side, ealks in circles or seems to occationally loose strenth in the hind end you really need a vet visit. none of the injuries you describe should be bad enough to cause a consusion so i wonder why you ask. does he seem particullarly sleepy? or is it that he seems to be getting more uncoordinated. anyway see a vet.

  2. Poor thing. Take him to the vet and make your home more pet friendly.
