How do you know the diff between cow veal and deer veal on restaurant menus?

Without actually asking, is there any way to tell is if the veal is from a cow or a deer?

Here's my example:

Fillet of pan-fred Veal stuffed with emmenthal cheese and baked ham with meat jus and Hollandaise sauce
