How do you know these camera guys are not con artist?

I found this Panasonic AG-DVX100B for less than 50% of what most known campaines are charging for the same model. You can't even find one this cheap on ebay, and this camera is brand new. How can I check these people out. I would love to get this camera for this price but i don't want to send the money and just never receive anything.

Has anyone heard of these people will they send the camera?

I heard that lots of these camera website all scams but I don't know how I could check them out.
