How do you know what a magic mushroom looks like?

if a mushrooms has a really white tip is it a magic one! we have them growing in our garden and i dont want my little sister eating them by accident

You don't want your sister eating ANY mushroom anywhere without 100% identification. (best thing would be to remove them)

If it was a 'magic' shroom and she did eat it, it would freak her out, you would think she had gone made then after 6-8 hours she would most prob fall asleep have wonderful dreams and wake up fresh as a daisy. It certainly would not kill if it where 'magic' they just don't do that.

If poisonous, then you need to worry.

And no the chances it is a psylocbyn shroom is very unlikely, sounds like a death angel or cap (it's called that for a reason) but without a picture of the entire fruiting body I would not be in a position to advise.
