How do you know what element you are?

Question

i want to know if a person has an element if yes than how do you what element you are.

If you go with your Sun sign, your corresponding element would probably predominantly be:

Aries: Fire

Taurus: Earth

Gemini: Air

Cancer: Water

Leo: Fire

Virgo: Earth

Libra: Air

Scorpio: Water

Sagittarius: Fire

Capricorn: Earth

Aquarius: Air

Pisces: Water

Of course, we all have a sign for every planet....

I Think I understand what you are asking. If you are refering to what element we are as in Earth Wind Fire Water and Spirit , then I can help you :) If you are refering to the metaphysical/spiritual sense of what element we are, then yes, we all have all the elements within us, its just that we usually have one or two that are our strongest. For me is Earth. I believe I am an Earth Element :)  To find what element you are you simply look at yourself in an honest way and into your past and stuff and just see what makes more sense to you and where you feel most comfortable and natural. For example;

Eversince I was little I have always loved nature and I loved climbing trees and just being in nature. I have always also loved healing people. Also I really feel comfortable and natural when wearing the colors green and brown. WIth this and other experiences in my life and examples I concluded that I am of really strong Earth element :)

Actually you're not just one element, but many. The human body is 60-70% water by weight, and the element oxygen comprises 88% of the weight of a water molecule, so you are chiefly made of the element oxygen on a mass basis. After that, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus rounds out about 99% of your mass.
