How do you know whats gonna happen in the soaps?

i only ever know whats gonna happen in eastenders a week before but people seem to know whos gonna die who gonna be pregnant about 2 months before it happens.

I don't know about eastenders, but as far as regular soap operas, i.e. Young & Restless and One Life to Live which are the two I watch, you can find out what's going to happen on several web-sites.  The category is called "spoilers" or "scoops" and the websites are:  soapooperacentral.com; tss.com. about.com/soapoperas.  You could also go on the station's web site and find information there.  Lastly, you could go to Sonytv.com.  Hope this helps.
