How do you know when a relationship is over for good?

My ex broke up with me after 9 years, he said he still loved me but was the situation we were in. I was heartbroken (still am) i heard he has a new girlfriend but recently text me asking how i was doing? I didnt reply because of new girlf. I havnt heard from him anymore. Now i cant stop thinking of him.

Honey you have to let him go.  He's moved on, and you should too.  You have to find other things to do... hang out with friends, go shopping, go to parties or clubs, take classes, anything to get this guy out of your mind.

It's always really hard when a long relationship ends, but this man is toying with you a little bit.  You really should make a clean break, and don't respond to his text.

Please go on with your own life -- he's not it.  You deserve better sweetie.
