How do you know when its worth it to quit?

my job is in a preeschool

i work with all woman and one man. its a county job, i cant stand the click there and i have been called in to be "disaplined" 2 times for things everyone is doing only difrence is i am the newest so thay all gang up on me. im 24 and love what i do but someone please tell me when is it a good time to quit? my job also is 30 min away and gas is killing me!

well, it matters if it pays good. if it doesn't you should quit and find a better job that is closer and pays a bit more. If it does pay good and you can afford to get there and back your,e good.

well if you dont like it just leave it...dont waste your life at a place where u could be having fun cuz its what you wanna do...but the place your workin at us ruining it for you...leave there and dont let it get to u

Depending on your financial situation you may want to wait till yo u find something else.... try craigslist search engine you may find something in your area. When your job becomes insufferable then it is time to leave because the good outways the bad and can start to effect other aspects of your life. Also if you find another position while you are working you do not have to disclose all info regarding your current job just state that because of the distance and some of the workers ethics you believe that your experience would be best utilized in a company that has a professional manner ..... etc.

FYI if you are being disciplined for things that others may be doing but in against conduct rules even though it may be unfair  it still doesn't make it right on your part as your level of professionalism is not being displayed.

It would seem you are already coming up with reasons to leave so if you're planning to leave just make sure to get another job before you quite this one.

JOBS ARE HARD TO GET THESE DAYS, KEEP IT & START LOOKING FOR A NEW ONE. THEN WALK, IT SUCKS TO WORK AT A PLACE YOU HATE.

That's why you go in and do your best and don't copy the slack ways or anything else you know not to do. Who cares if everyone else is doing it? You shouldn't.  I guess if you don't want to try to be a good employee there, you might not be a good fit, and should prolly quit.

I'd quit, work somewhere where you are valued and respected.
