Question:

How do you know when to stop working out?

I follow isometrics and try to push myself to do 5 more of the exercise when i "think" i cant continue.

  1. um well id f you are getting woosy or not feeling good that's when or maybe just doing twice or three times a week


  2. When you workout too much bad things can happen

    1. Your muscles are overworked ,pull , tear etc

    2. They burn too much calories so you overeat get fat blah!

    3.  They dont have time to rest and...ok Im boreddd!!!!!  

  3. Its hard to explain, my body just kinda stops.  

    I usually rest 2 minutes in between sets.  If I do my 2 minute rest period and cannot complete the amount of reps I want to do, I know that I've had enough and its time to quit.  

  4. Forced reps are not a good idea, Ever. Ever. Stop when your body says stop.
