I've been playing sit and gos on fulltilt for 6 months now and i've charted my winnings. I've placed in the money 18 out of 24 times. For professional poker players out there. How did you know when you were ready for the big times. Please note that money is not an issue for me. Thanks!

  1. IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH LUCK U HAVE WINNING AND HOW MUCH MONEY U HAVE

  2. I'd have to agree with the previous responder. Playing online is a far cry from face-to-face tourneys. For a serious professional in big-time games, you're talking about playing for hours on end with minimal breaks. If you can keep up the same level of play in hour 6 of a marathon that you did in hour 1, then you might be ready to consider the big time.

  3. 6 months and you have played in 24 sit and gos?  If you want to be a "professional" you are going to have to log ALOT more hours...  Move up to playing in some of the big scheduled tourneys (the ones with 200-500 players with large buy ins/satellites) or start logging some serious time at the high limit NL cash games.

You also are going to need to get some experiance in the big live tourneys...  Go to vegas and play in the world series.. there are lots of events to try out.
