I find your question somewhat vague. I think you mean to ask about when you find your soul mate? or your "destined partner in life"?

That is a hard question because it has many posibilities. In some cases, the soul mate is not the destined partner in life and in some cases the destined partner in life is also the soul mate. Your destined partner in life need not be the perfect spouse. You may not have anything in common. It may be your destiny to be tied to a skunk spouse or to the perfect spouse. But, your soul mate maybe a friend who is always there for you. He may be a brother. Not necessarily your spouse.

Your destiny is what you do with yourself and who you affect (your niche in the world) its not neccisarily a soul-mate or whatever.
