  1. you have got perfect set of teeth and gums dear, do continue with your oral hygiene routine. And along with that do visit your dentist every six months, so they can perform routine scaling and polishing of your teeth and of course they can guide you if there is any problem. You can know your gums are not healthy when there is bleeding while brushing, when there is bad breath, when the gums are swollen and red. Keep up with Hygiene regularity and keep smiling.

  2. Hey,if your mouth does not smells bad then automatically your dentition is healthy, but keep on watching your teeth for any bad signs....

  3. Are your gums pink and not inflamed? Are your teeth clean and healthy visually? Do you make sure the plaque is off your teeth everyday? You don't have to use Listerine to have healthy teeth.

But is mouthwash necessary? Mouthwashes, I learned, fall into two basic categories: cosmetic and therapeutic (or, useless and less useless). Cosmetic mouthwashes look and taste bright and coordinate with your bathroom decor. Therapeutic mouthwashes claim to alleviate gingivitis or prevent cavities. Dentists, however, admit that they are only marginally more effective than rinsing well with water, though the flouride products do help prevent cavities if used alongside good brushing and that lovely visit with your dental professional.

  4. Test yourself.Breathe out air from your mouth.N smell it immediately. If its pungent, then unhealthy. If good then healthy. You can also tell a friend to test your mouth keeping open n breathe normally.Your friend can tell you if the mouth stinks or is healthy.

  5. It sounds like you're doing everything right. Healthy gums appear pink and tight against the teeth. They do not bleed when you brush or floss. Unhealthy gums are red and look swollen. They do bleed when you brush or floss.
