Hi Lauren,

It's difficult to explain, but when you look at them and dance with them, you feel comfortable and secure.  It's one of those things that you can't really understand until it happens.  When it does, though, you know.  I feel like I'm talking about love here, but seriously, you'll tell when you've found it.  It's different for each person, so if you talk about it to someone else, they might not understand.  Just do your best and it'll happen.
