  1. discuss it w/ ur ob/gyn.  ask for tips to stack the deck in ur favor.  and if u have been try for 4 yrs something is happening.  has he been checked?  he could have a low sperm count.  or ur sperm antibodies could be too high.  it could be anything.  go talk to ur doc.

  2. After 4 years I would see a fertility specialist a get a complete check up of both you and your spouse/partner.  If he's never been checked he could have a low sperm count too so that's why you should both be checked.  Wanting a baby is so hard when it doesn't happen.  I've been there (I have PCOS).  I wish you good luck and hopefully you will be holding that beautiful baby soon.

  3. just don't give up.  You can go see a Fertility doctor if you would like.  But I had nothing wrong with me, husband and I tried for 6 1/2 years before finally getting pregnant.  But we paid lots of money to go through all the fertility testing (because most insurance companies don't cover it) and nothing was wrong with either of us.  When it's your time, its your time.  Good luck.
