First of all, your cat wouldn't be pregnant if you had her spayed.  

The most common sign that a cat is ready to go into labor is that she will start digging in her bedding approximately 24 hours prior to giving birth.

After she has her kittens, GET THE CAT SPAYED.  There are thousands of healthy, adoptable kittens being euthanized every day in this country because there are not enough homes for all of them.  Please do not add any more kittens to the population.

When you place the kittens in homes, be sure the people who take them are committed to spay/neuter them.
