How do you know when your relationship is getting serious?

I wanted mature answers, that's why I asked here. We are adults..

talk everyday

see very often

aren't seeing anyone else

depend on each other

LOVE

can't bear to be without each other

move onto more serious topics centering around the future: goals, dreams, expectations, children

Start saying "we"  instead of me   :)

Honestly though, i wasn't sure my fiance was ever going to propose, until the day of!!  it took him 2 1/2 years...   :)

When you think about where you will be in five yrs and that person is in the picture, when you think about kids and that person is the other parent, when you go to bed and want that person there, and when you wake up and want that person to be the first thing you see.

Who cares, just enjoy it.  I don't understand why women are so concerned with what "level" they're on instead of just enjoying a good thing.
