How do you know whether you're getting fatter or you're just bloated?

I'm having my period now (it's the 5Th day) and I've been feeling very fat/bloated lately.

This is quite strange cos usually I'll have a flat tummy, but now my tummy is.. OMG!

How do you know whether it's gaining weight or PMS?

& how long will the bloatedness last? Is there any way to relieve the bloatedness quickly?

Please help! I'm going to the beach in a few more days time!

  1. Everyone always feels fatter when they're on their period. And you always get bloated. And you always eat more. But the bloating and feeling fat should go away once your period ends, it always happens to me


  2. When your bloated you feel bloated. Just monitor your weight daily.
