How do you know which colleges look at your freshman year GPA and which ones don't?

WHAT I'VE HEARD:

msu does.

uofm doesn't

do you know if these colleges do or don't

penn state

purdue

loyola chicago

western michigan

depaul

my GPA: 2.8

my gpa NOT including freshman year: 3.2

  1. I think you make it an asset, not a liability--look how much better my grades have gotten every year.  Especially if there was something going on in your life--parents divorcing or relative died or something

    They don't care that much about your freshman year.  


  2. ALL of the colleges do consider your freshman GPA in your overall GPA. However, if you've done considerably better in the rest of the years then this is going to leave a good impression not a bad one.
