How do you know yore ready to get married?

I know im only 17 almost 18 but im not sayin i wanna get married right now but I love my boyfriend alot and i wanna spend the rest of my life with him and he says he wants to spend the rest of his life with me! i just dont know what to do!

if you marry now, you will struggle to get eduction, and

employment

for your life support.

wait till you have got education and fit for a suitable career.

I think you may already know the answer to your question, but you may not want to face it.  You have asked this question because you are obviously unsure you are prepared for married life.  You have said you "...just don't know what to do."  Think awhile about this and ask yourself why you are unsure about what to do.  Isn't the answer that you do not feel prepared to be married?

Consider this as well, do you feel unsure about how to tie your shoes?  Do you worry about riding a bicycle?  Are there concerns in the back of your mind when you think about using a telephone?  Of course not.  Each of these simpler things are situations you already have the ability to handle.  

You will be ready for marriage when you no longer question if you are ready.  You may have been a bit nervous when you first tried to ride a bike, but you made the attempt because you had some confidence you were ready to try to master this new skill.  When you have more life experience, you will feel less concern about whether you are ready for marriage.  Until you feel confident that you can face such a big and mature decision as getting married, I would not let anyone pressure you into doing so.
