How do you know you are about to flip out ?

If I'm being yelled at for no aparent reason it's likely to get a reaction from me.  otherwise i'm pretty calm.

by flip out, do you mean, go crazy?  I don't think anyone knows, because crazy people can't tell how they got there.  Some do come back, but by then they forgot what happened.  Do you think you are going crazy?  Just the fact that you asked that probably means you are not.

My stomach gets rock hard and Knotted up,  and I feel flush and hot. If I get like that and I'm at home, I'll go out to my garden and chill out for awhile.  Probably sound's stupid,  but it work's for me.  It's therapeutic.

The first sign of Flipping out is the uncontrollable desire to ask "how do you know you are about to flip out ?"

It is downhill after that, you will start going psychotic within minutes
