i have strong desires to do it,but physically i can't handle the aftermath!it's crazy,yes i'm experienced with 5 children.no i'm not in a relationship,could that be the reason why i don't indulge?

Its just that you are not ready yet for any physical interaction, just have a casual dates now and than who know what that might lead to ..

i had that problem.think about reasons you might be afraid.have you been hurt, or offended, in any way.mental ties fromw previous relationships can hinder those of the future.

take time and actually think about what the source of the problem is.if its fear, let go of it, and spend a little time by yourself.

i know with 5 kids, indulging in anything is hard.

also, what happened after each time you've done it before.?what cant you handle about the aftermath?
