How do you know your period is starting?

It always seems to hit me like a brick every month (doesn't help that I'm very irregular), but I never tend to feel the symptoms...other than being really moody

What are your warning signs?

  1. i usually get cramps a few days before i start and that lets me know to just watch for it so theres no embarresing accidents. it really is different for everyone.

    ps. mine are really random too so i just remember the date where i started and then the next month i know it'll be around that week


  2. You have really bad cramps. You just have to be able to tell-it's different for everyone.

  3. PMS often includes both physical and emotional symptoms.  Common symptoms are:

    acne

    breast swelling and tenderness

    feeling tired

    having trouble sleeping

    upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea

    headache or backache

    appetite changes or food cravings

    joint or muscle pain

    trouble concentrating or remembering

    tension, irritability, mood swings, or crying spells

    anxiety or depression
