I've watched a lot of high school, college and club diving and have never heard of these!  I think you posted on the wrong board, maybe.

i'm thinking you're looking for sports>general. this sounds like it's on a skateboard, and this is swimming. it happened because you didn't read the categories carefully and submitted a question under swimming because of the word "flip". good luck!
