How do you let your Pokemon hold your Poke Ball that contains a Pokemon inside it in Pokemon?

I think its impossible to do that, but any one can do that? So, I can defeat my friend who has 3 mewtwo in Level 100! Can you believe that!!!!!! Hahah! So, anyone can my answer my question??? Hahahah! Ow.

thats not possible to hold a pokeball contasining a pokemon to a pokemon, cause the pokemon in the ball will be shown as a pokemon instead of something in a ball. so pokemon can't hold pokemon.

No, it's impossible. Once you catch a Pokemon with a Pokeball, you essentially lose that Pokeball as it is no longer in the items menu, and you can't hold an item you don't have.
