How do you level up Lycan Form/Armor in AQ?

Just as the title says. How do you do it? I've had and used it for a while, yet I'm still lvl 0 with it

go to werewolf quests but lycan form is g*y unless ur a low lvl try mage fighter or rogue classes there much better, heres my character page ask if u need help http://aq.battleon.com/build30/charview....

Is it the werewolf one? If so you have to go to the head werewolf guy and do quests to level it.
