How do you like the name Sequoia?

I know a few people with that name. But I don't hear people with that name anymore.

I'm not pregnant, but I'm just curious.

I know a woman who named her boy that.  It's a hippie name.  Sounds good by itself but... It's like naming your kid Firewalker.  People are going to make judgements about the parents that aren't necessarily nice and it might hinder the kid's ability to succeed in a career.

I actually really like it. It's so unique and very cute. I think that the middle name Grace would go great with it and it would be very pretty paired with whatever middle name.

Wow. I cannot believe that woman referred to the name as "An African American name." It's freaking ridiculous actually. It angers me greatly that someone would judge someone's race by their name. Someone needs to check themselves and quit being such a racist.

I know one little giel named that and i like the name. She is a white girl which i think that it does not matter about the race of what some people thinks a name should be on.
