Yes, I like it.  It seems like a mature name (though definitely still good for a little boy)

I would pick a traditional name for the middle name, like Douglas.  Warren Douglas is nice and flows well.

I don't like that name for a little boy, sounds too old. I knew a boy with that name when I was a teenager and I always thought it was odd, the name just didn't fit him.
