How do you like to prepare your oatmeal?

Question

I like to get instant oatmeal (preferably maple) and place it hot in a bowl with butter on top tons of added sugar and then pour milk around it. You? Sorry, I'm just REALLY hungry.

Mine has to be the Old Fashioned kind not the instant or quick cooking kind. I like to put brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and a splash of milk. Sometimes I will use one of the flavored creamers or dried cherries instead of raisins. Try it with dried cherries and French Vanilla creamer sometime. YUM-O!

Nuke the 5-minute kind in the microwave.  Add brown sugar, butter, milk, and maybe a little maple or pancake syrup if I'm in the mood.

and put hot water or warm milk in it.

then add a TON of brown sugar (even though THATS bad for me!)

then stir and stick a spoon in......

I like to get the plain ole oatmeal, put raisins in the bottom of the bowl first, so they get nice and soft, then the oatmeal, cook it with water, put lots of brown sugar on top, then top it off with some milk. Yum!

I like mine the way you do minus the milk part. :-) For some reason, the milk on top of oatmeal grosses me out. However my hubby loves it the way you do including the milk. LOL

I also like to top mine with cinnamon! :-)

Instant oatmean the maple flavor, add some water, microwave, Then put it some butter, brown sugar, and some honeyy mmmm warm and comforting. Sometimes when I try to make it less fattening I just add some honey hahah doesnt taste as good

Plain instant oatmeal + cocoa + brown sugar, sometimes peanut buttr swirled in. MMMM.
