  1. With a little bit of liquor!

  2. If Pork Chop doesnt start being good, I'm going to HAVE to put her in a dutch oven.  After eating  a lot of cheerios.

  3. I put sage and orange juice or beer and put them in the oven.

  4. rub it down with some olive oil, add the marinade mixture, give it a deep massage. Soften that meat up a little by beating the pork chop, i'm sure they like it that way.…. then cook

  5. I actually don't spice them up so much as stew them.

    1.  I gently brown the chops in a small amount of olive oil in a dutch oven.

    2. Then remove and saute some thinly sliced onions and mushrooms.

    3. Then back in  go the chops and add two cans of cream of mushroom diluted with two cans hot water and a half cup of reasonably nice red wine. At this point you can add a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon off favorite herb (mine is tarragon), a bit of salt and pepper.

    4. cook slowly either on stove top or in over (covered) for plenty of time - about 3 hours. At the end the chops will be fall off the bone tender. If the juice hasn't reduced to a thick gravy like texture remove the chops and keep warm and put the dutch oven back on the stovetop. Increase heat and reduce - if it stays too watery, adding some flour (premixed with some of the juice in a cup and then added) should thicken.

  11. The only thing I use on rare occasions is meat tenderizer.   About the only Pork Chops I cook are center cut.  The meat market where I order them cuts them "thin" for me.  I grill them on an old-fashioned charcoal grill.    They have a taste that keeps you coming back for more.
