How do you like your Subway sandwich?

Do you like it in a special, particular way? Basically I eat there alot and am getting bored with my usual sandwich formula. I'm looking for interesting ideas for me to experiment with.

I get the simple veggie delight.
It has no meat or preserves on it.
It has cheese
and i ask for it to be toasted.
I use Whole Wheat or 9 Grain bread.
and i put:
lettuce
cucumbers
green peppers
onions
green and black olives
tomatoes
and mayo
sometimes i add some sub sauce too.

This is a very healthy sub, and it tastes great!
