I'll eat anything cooked past medium. my fav is prolly medium-well. seems like its got the perfect amount of juices and still brings the heat. its just perfect.

i really do not like well done though, i used to eat my steaks and burgers that way because i was afraid of any red in my meat....and they were always dry and disgusing, then my friend made me order it medium well, and i was in heaven...now im a big burger/steak eater :D
