I like to grill mine over easy with a grilled piece of ham on the side.  I like to top off the eggs with some green salsa.  Heat up a couple of tortillas and make mini tacos with the ham, eggs and salsa.

Unfertilised?! Seriously, scrambled with butter and milk with loads of black pepper and salt. Obviously not the healthiest option!
