So many ways! Scrambled with different kinds of cheese- Poached well with yolk popped and cooked through on a slice of white toast with american cheese-Omelettes filled with ham and onions and cheese-over easy with buttered rye toast-and deviled ae god too!

I love sunny side up or poached eggs.... hard boiled aren't bad either if the shell is easy to peel off! Oh wait, hold on, I love SOFT BOILED EGGS because I like a raw/runny yolk! ha ha! - Bring on the Salmonella poisoning!
