  1. Medium-rare.  YUM!

  2. Med-well... I don't want it with a pulse but I don't want it burnt either.

  3. Very rare and with A1 steak sauce.

  4. Medium-Well....it has just a hint of pinkness.

  5. Medium Well

With potatoes and a salad on the side..

  6. well im just guessing but fry it over a fire at mcdonalds :)

  7. Medium Rare is the only way to go.  You get so much more of the steaks flavor and as you eat it, it melts in your mouth.  You can always tell how good of quality the steak is by tasting it at med-rare.  If you don't like a little blood, I would recommend medium, the flavor is still there, but not the blood.  Enjoy!

  8. Medium Rare cooked over an open flame with extra seasoning.

  9. Was rare until the fast food restaraunt scare. E coli.

  21. Medium-rare to medium depending on the cut.  Flavor of the meat balanced with actually applying heat.

  22. over eazy

  23. Dear Ellenwho,

I like my steak cooked medium-rare. I find it flavourful and soft, not too chewy on your gums and teeth. Chewy steak is hard to digest and it is bad for your system, I like to take good care of my body!

    Respectfully,

    -Andrea

  24. .

  25. medium well

  26. I want it legally dead.  A death certificate must accompany the steak. Well, well done.

  27. the question is :"how do you like your steak cooked" well, lets see what the options are. Rare is cooked at 130F, medium rare is at 140 F, medium is at 150F, medium-well is at 160F,  well done at 165F and above.. there are also other ways of preparing but not to popular outside fine dining culinary scene. Steak tartar could be done two ways, tartar raw or tartar lightly seared. Another way is called black and blue, its often called steak in a minute, its steak thats seared just to seal the juices in and cooked about 30 seconds on each side on high heat. Everyone has  there preferences and it seems like medium and medium rare are the two popular choice. Id have to agree with the crowd, but note, it also depends on the type of meat or grade you are having. From select, choice, or prime will tell me how i want my steak done. Prime is the highest grade of meat that includes, chateaubriand, medallions(tenderloin), rib-eye, new york strip then there are the comon cuts, from sirloin, and chuck. With a higher grade of meat, because of its marbling(fat content) you can cook it well done and not be ruberry, so i like it medium to medium well, but with a more comon meat like choice(chuck steak) or select(sirloin) id tend to undercook it more cause it tends to dry out and be ruberry if its over cook, so go with medium rare to lightly medium.. Try cooking each way, and you should be able to determine whats best for you.
