How do you like your steak?

I like mine medium rare..yummy! Baked Potato, buttered rolls, a side salad-with french dressing.

Medium Rare, with crisply fried or grilled fat lots of pepper and mushrooms and onions...and soy sauce!  Yummy! Hey, I want stak for dinner!

Fresh hot Crusty chewy bread

Salad with real bleu cheese dressing.

I like mine medium rare. It gets to dried out and looses its flavor when it is cooked more than that.

Medium-rare, nice and pink in side. With a  big baked potato w/butter and sour cream!! I like a garden salad w/extra tomatoes and light ranch dressing.
