In my restaurant,we seal our steaks in a pan,then finish them in a wood-fired oven. 5mins med/rare,10 mins med,15 mins well done. Rare and blue steaks are done totally in a pan.

well i like medium well, but anythin thats not total is good(full rare or full well).I usually add steak sauce if it doesnt taste as good.Im also like the other woodfire guy, steak over wood or charcoal fire is DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELISH!!!!!!!...

The cooking style you like really does affect your body, some types are super tasty, others fill you up from the swelling, and still others can taste bland to you while others find it as good as your favorite whil hating your favorite if they tried it!

Has to be well done.  Rare makes me feel sick - I do not want to administer first aid to anything that arrives on my plate!

grilled , medium ; lawry's, worcestershire, and ground pepper and topped with garlic, mushrooms, vidalia sauteed in butter...with a nice big king crab leg on the side...exactly what I'm making myself after yoga tonight :) with a glass of red wine...perfect!
